British Honorary Consulates

The British Embassy in Santiago is the main UK Diplomatic post in Chile. The Embassy is located in Santiago and is responsible for all aspects of the bilateral relationship with Chile.
 
The Consular Section provides passport, visa and other consular services to both British citizens visiting or living in Chile and Chileans who would like to travel to or live in the UK.
 
Honorary Consulates look after British interests in general in the district they are based, and carry out a number of consular services. There are four Honorary Consulates in Chile located in Easter Island, Valparaiso, Puerto Montt  and Punta Arenas. These are:
