The Consular Section is part of the British Embassy in Santiago. We are here to look after the welfare of British Nationals visiting or living in Chile.
This page will give you information about registering a birth or death and registering your presence with the Embassy if you are a resident or a visitor. We also offer other services described in the left-hand menu of this page.
Opening Hours
Monday and Thursday:
09.30 to 11.30 (Consular services, i.e. birth/death registration, legalisations)
Tuesday and Wednesday:
9.30 to 12.30 (Visas appointments to take biometric information)
Friday:
Closed for public.
